Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to change other item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund. If the product is for pre-order, the expected delivery period will be stated as a reference and the product delivery will be upon stock arrival.
- Shipping Costs
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated by weight and box size, by countries and locations, and displayed in total during checkout based on the order items. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
We may offer pickup points at different countries by locations. You could also select pickup for less or no shipping fee if pickup points are available. You will get an email to confirm your pickup time after you place an order.

4.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic deliveries from Hong Kong suppliers’ warehouses to our warehouses are in transit for 3-7 business days.
4.2 Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 6-8 weeks. This varies greatly depending on the international cargo and shipment schedule and situation.
4.3 Dispatch Time
In Hong Kong, orders for in-stock items are usually dispatched and arrive to an Hong Kong delivery address within 3~5 business days to a Hong Kong address from confirmation of order by payment. On public holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to boomato.SHOP at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
For all ordered and paid items, no cancellation is allowed and no refund could be made. Please be aware before you place the orders.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
