Return and Refund ｜退貨及退款
For all ordered and paid items, no cancellation is allowed and no refund could be made. Please be aware before you place the orders.
We will only accept returns/exchange for damaged, defective goods, or when a different product than what you ordered was incorrectly sent to you.
If you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact us by email to email@example.com with details of the product and the defect within 7 days starting from the day you receive it.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm if the defect, damage or mis-match of ordered items are valid to your claim or not. If we confirm the issue is induced by us, we will start to initiate a refund to your credit card or PayPal account (or original method of payment) within 2-3 business days. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Credit Card centres may take 14 business days or more to refund the amount to your credit card according to different policies of your bank, and the refund amount may only show in your next statement which may be more than 30 days depending on your statement date bill cycle.
PayPal may take 7-14 business days to refund the amount to your PayPal account.
All information about refund policies and processes of Credit Card centres, banks or PayPal are subject to change by the related parties, you may need to check directly on your own.
Shipping Fee for Return
If it is confirmed the issue or mistake is aroused by us, the shipping fee for returning/exchanging of damaged, defective goods, or an incorrect product we sent to you is borne by boomato.SHOP.
